Join me in Columbia, Missouri for weekly classes of joyfully connected Yoga Practice.

Mondays

9am-10:15am. Yoga Sol

Intermediate Yoga.

Grow deeper in your practice. This class is for students looking to build upon the foundations of Yoga. This class builds methodically to allow us access to more difficult postures. Expect to breathe, work, laugh and grow!

12-1pm. AlleyCat Yoga

All Levels Lunch Hour Yoga.

This is the perfect midday tune up!  Begin your week with connection and balance.  All levels are welcome to this fun and explorative practice that cultivates both strength and flexibility.

Tuesdays 5:30-6:45pm. AlleyCat Yoga

All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga welcomes you where you are.  This class combines a focus in alignment and personal awareness making it a great space to cultivate your practice.  With attention to the breath, each class introduces basic sitting, standing, and reclined postures while inviting students to challenge their own edge through modifications and variations.   Beginning students can expect support while advancing students can deepen and grow their practice.

Wednesdays 7-8pm. Yoga Sol

All Levels Yoga

Join the Columbia community for an uplifting practices that helps grow you to your next level. We’ll explore a variety of poses with attention to breath and alignment. Come try some silly stuff and play your edge!

Fridays

12-1pm. AlleyCat Yoga

Lunch Hour Yin Yoga

Take a real break!  This powerful practice takes us deeper through long holds, full breathe, and easy approaches.  Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, ligaments, bones, and joints of the body that are normally not accessed in a more active yoga class.  This class is suitable for all levels and offers a great deal of support.  Leave feeling deeply connected and at ease.

5:15-6:30pm. Yoga Sol

All Levels Yoga. 

Experience a supportive practice that cultivates strength and flexibility. This class builds methodically, allowing beginners to feel supported and advancing practitioners encouraged to keep growing. Every class includes time for centering and an inspired theme to keep your mind focused as we breath deep. Join us!

Sundays, 9:30-10:45am.  Yoga Sol

All Levels Yoga.

Celebrate your Sunday and join the yoga community! We explore the balance of both strength and flexibility and support each other in doing so.

What level class should I take?
Beginning: For students brand new to the practice, students returning from a break from their practice, students returning from injury, yogis wanting to return to the foundation, and students with special needs*.  *We may recommend one on one yoga first for some students with special needs to help them become accustomed to the class environment.

Intermediate: For students that have experienced multiple yoga classes, have a sense of breath and basic yoga postures, have an open mind and desire for growth.

Advanced: For truly adaptable students who can bring their personal focus and willingness to the mat in any class. For students who know postures and their names and are continually growing.

All Levels: This class meets you where you are. All are welcome and encouraged to bring a sense of focus, inquiry, and humor.
